Job summary

Vanguard Properties, the leading residential real estate developer in Portugal, is expanding its Golf team in the Comporta region (Terras da Comporta) and seeks a Receptionist to welcome guests and manage reservations.

You will reply to reservation requests, optimize the reservation system, perform check-ins, attend golf customers, handle inquiries by phone and mail, present the store, and maintain inventories according to deadlines. Fluency in English (B2) is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / Professional technical course in reception.
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word e Powerpoint)
• Fluency in English (minimum level required B2)
• French (desirable)
• Availability to work in shifts
• Excellent customer service, planning and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Reply to reservation requests
• Optimize the reservation system
• Perform the check-in according to the instituted procedures
• Attend golf customers
• Receive and forward contacts and information requests (calls, emails, correspondence)
• Attend to the presentation of the store
• Insert and confirmation of merchandise inventories, according to the defined deadlines
