Your Mission Will Be

• Analyse, model, map, and document application requirements, covering functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs;
• Collaborate with Business Units, Change teams, and Business Partners to translate business needs into clear Product Backlog Items, functional designs, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements;
• Support project initiation by assessing scope, preparing functional solution proposals, estimating costs, and defining high-level execution plans for sponsor approval;
• Participate actively in Scrum teams throughout sprint and project execution, aligning developers and testers and guiding them on functional requirements;
• Maintain functional documentation and asset wikis, support UAT activities and training sessions, and ensure that solutions improve business processes and meet identified needs.

You Will Need

• Proven experience in solution design, including functional documentation, definition of acceptance criteria, and translation of business requirements into technical deliverables;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and integrating developers, testers, Business Units, and third‑party suppliers within Scrum teams;
• Experience coordinating teams and guiding technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and strong problem‑solving capabilities;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience working in customer‑facing roles with internal stakeholders, external development teams, and international suppliers;
• Previous experience supporting UAT processes, business training activities, and functional knowledge management;
• Knowledge of Product Backlog Item management, functional wikis, process mapping, and project assessment;
• Experience identifying root causes, proposing process improvements, and recommending solutions aligned with business objectives.
