InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking a knowledgeable Business Analyst to support digital banking projects, bridge business needs with tech teams, and translate requirements into clear specifications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, apply agile practices, and ensure user-focused solutions. Fluent English and EU work permit are required. We offer growth, learning, and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Your Mission Will Be

• Supporting the analysis and improvement of digital banking processes;

You Will Need

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital banking or financial services;

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
