You Will Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst;
• Previous experience working in banking, telecommunications, or insurance sectors;
• Strong experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and transforming them into technical specifications;
• Experience in documenting functional specifications and creating use cases, user stories, and process flows;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management;
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or others;
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
