InnoTech in Lisbon is seeking a Mid .NET Developer to join our engineering team. You will help design, implement, and maintain robust software using C# and .NET, with a focus on microservices and distributed systems.

Collaborate with engineers, testers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality features and own development across the lifecycle. English proficiency and EU work eligibility are required.

Qualificações

• 4 years of professional experience with C# and .NET
• Experience with microservices and event-driven messaging
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch preferred)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Agile environment experience and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English and EU work eligibility/CPLP nationality

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver reliable, maintainable software solutions using .NET/C#
• Take ownership of development across the full lifecycle from design to deployment
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Testers, Product Managers, and UX Designers
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to automated testing and security improvements
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and onboarding of new team members

Our Mission Will Be

• Develop and deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions using .NET and C#, contributing to modern distributed systems and integrations;
• Take ownership of development activities across the full lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Testers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs and product goals;
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, implement robust fixes, and contribute to automated testing, system stability, and security improvements;
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and the onboarding of new team members.

You Will Need

• 4 years of professional experience with C# and .NET, with a strong understanding of software development best practices;
• Practical knowledge of microservice architectures and experience with event-driven systems and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ or Servicebus;
• Experience with NoSQL technologies, ideally Elasticsearch, with exposure to alternatives such as MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB considered valuable;
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to independently tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement;
• Fluency in English and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and team needs.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience designing and improving technical solutions, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between technical effort, cost, and business value;
• A proactive mindset towards identifying improvements, sharing technical knowledge, and promoting engineering best practices;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
