A InnoTech é uma empresa de tecnologia sediada em Portugal, buscando um analista de QA para elevar a qualidade de software através de testes funcionais, de integração e E2E. O candidato ideal tem experiência prática e autonomia para documentar cenários de teste com foco em melhoria contínua.

Você trabalhará em um ambiente ágil, colaborando com equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo automação e definindo padrões de qualidade. Vínculo com a UE ou CPLP é necessário.

Qualificações

• Experiência prática em tester/QA com melhoria contínua de práticas de teste.
• Conhecimento de metodologias de teste e testes funcionais, de integração, E2E e regressão.
• Capacidade de criar, documentar e executar casos de teste com base em requisitos.
• Inglês fluente para comunicação efetiva com stakeholders.
• CPLP nacionalidade ou visto UE para facilitar contratação.

• Apoie produtos existentes e novos fortalecendo práticas de teste.
• Analise requisitos e traduza-os em cenários e casos de teste abrangentes.

• Contribua para melhoria contínua e automação dos processos de teste na suíte de produtos.

Your Mission Will Be

• Join an Agile development environment and help ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions;
  
• Support multiple existing and new products by strengthening and professionalizing software testing practices;
  
• Analyse requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and cases;
  
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders to identify quality risks and ensure effective test coverage;
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of testing processes across the product suite.

You Will Need

• Hands-on experience as a Software Tester, QA Analyst, Test Engineer, or similar role, with practical experience driving improvements in software testing;
  
• Solid knowledgeof testing methodologies and practical experience with functional, integration, E2E, and regression testing;
  
• Experience creating, documenting, and independently executing test cases and test analyses based on requirements;
  
• Fluent English,with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and teams;
  
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with test automation and tools such as Selenium and Playwright;
  
• Experience contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks;
  
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-directed mindset, combined with a genuine passion for technology;
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary Agile teams;
  
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
