A InnoTech, empresa líder em tecnologia, procura um Senior Business Manager para identificar oportunidades de negócio, gerir relações com clientes e consultores, e liderar o processo de recrutamento.

O candidato ideal tem pelo menos 2 anos de experiência, fortes competências de comunicação, orientação para resultados e formação em Gestão, RH ou Psicologia, com fluência em inglês.

Qualificações

• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência como IT Business Manager.
• Fortes habilidades de comunicação e persuasão.
• Mentalidade orientada a resultados, com atitude dinâmica.
• BSc ou MSc em Gestão, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas relacionadas.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades de negócio através de pesquisa de mercado e outreach.
• Gerir relações com clientes e consultores, assegurando satisfação e comunicação fluida.
• Conduzir o processo de recrutamento, realizando entrevistas conforme necessário.
• Supervisionar aspetos financeiros, assegurando margem, gestão de risco e rentabilidade por unidade.

Your Mission Will Be

• Identify and develop business opportunities through market research and outreach;
• Manage client and consultant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication;
• Lead the hiringprocess, conducting interviews as needed;
• Oversee financials, ensuring margin control, risk management, and unit profitability.

You Will Need

• At least 2 years of experience as IT Business Manager;
• Strong communication and persuasion skills;
• A results-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve goals and a dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative attitude;
• BSc or MSc in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Proven experience managing business portfolios in IT consulting;
• Solid understanding of business challenges and customer expectations;
• Previous customer and/or consultant management experience;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
