InnoTech in Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst (Digital Banking) to analyze banking processes, bridge business needs with tech teams, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications for user-focused solutions. You will need BA experience in digital banking, strong analytical and elicitation skills, and fluent English.

CPLP nationality or EU work permit is required. Experience with Agile environments is a plus.

Your Mission Will Be

• Supporting the analysis and improvement of digital banking processes;
• Bridging business needs and technical teams to ensure effective solutions;
• Gathering and translating business requirements into clear functional specifications;
• Contributing to the delivery of user-focused digital banking solutions.

You Will Need

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital banking or financial services;
• Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English and good communication skills;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Previous exposure to digital banking projects and financial services;
• Experience working with functional specifications, user stories, or process analysis;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative environments;
• A proactive mindset and interest in technology and digital solutions;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
