Your Mission Will Be:

• Provide business and functional analysis support, ensuring requirements are well captured and aligned with project goals;
• Manage project follow-up activities, including tracking progress against SLAs and KPIs;
• Develop reports, insights, and recommendations to optimize processes and support decision-making.

You Will Need:

• +4 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst, with exposure to project management follow-up;
• Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and project governance practices;
• Proven proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation (SQL knowledge is a plus);
• Fluency in Portuguese;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required.

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Fluency in English.
