InnoTech em Lisboa procura um Business Manager para impulsionar oportunidades de negócio, gerir relações com clientes e consultores, e supervisionar recrutamento end-to-end. A posição exige visão estratégica e forte orientação para resultados.

Responsabilidades

• Descobrir e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio através de análise de mercado e outreach ativo.
• Construir e manter relações sólidas com clientes e consultores, assegurando comunicação eficaz e satisfação.
• Gerir processos de recrutamento end-to-end, incluindo entrevistas quando necessário.
• Monitorizar desempenho financeiro, assegurando rentabilidade, controlo de margens e mitigação de riscos.

Your Mission Will Be:

• Discover and drive new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction;
• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including conducting interviews when required;
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability, margin control, and risk mitigation.

You Will Need:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, dynamic, and team-focused attitude;
• Academic background in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Previous experience managing client portfolios within the IT consulting industry;
• Good understanding of business needs and client expectations;
• Experience working closely with clients and/or consultants;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
