Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. You will be the main contact for customers, handling orders, deliveries and product inquiries for a leading European e-commerce partner.

Qualifications

Fluent French is required.
Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries by phone about order status and tracking, providing accurate and timely updates.
Assist customers with questions about delivery times, shipping and order delays.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
Support customers with product availability and inventory-related inquiries.
Assist with order changes, cancellations, returns and exchanges, following established procedures.
Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
