Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support French-speaking customers by phone, understand needs, provide personalized assistance, and recommend financing solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, with a 6-month contract and a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 installments in the first year. A daily food allowance of €7.63 applies on working days.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French, with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or finance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work on-site in Braga and handle calls professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer requests by phone in French regarding existing credit and new project inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions and understand expectations.
• Reassure customers and recommend financing options based on needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Contribute to customer portfolio development within the Relational Excellence framework.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls while identifying opportunities.
• Manage assigned customer files per procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling information.
• Ensure a consistently positive and professional customer experience.
