CallForTalents in Braga, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support French-speaking customers by phone, understand needs, and provide personalized assistance with financing solutions. The role is on-site with a 6-month contract, offering a daily food allowance and a welcome bonus paid in monthly installments during the first year.

You will join a leading consumer credit platform, delivering an excellent customer experience and building lasting relationships

Qualificações

• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, banking, finance, or similar fields.
• Able to communicate with customers by phone.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
• Available to work on-site in Braga.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer requests by phone in French regarding existing credit and new project inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions and better understand expectations.
• Reassure customers and recommend the most suitable financing options based on individual needs.
• Build and maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with customers.
• Contribute to customer portfolio development within the Relational Excellence framework.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls while identifying and capitalizing on relevant commercial opportunities.
• Manage assigned customer files in accordance with established procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain a high level of rigor, professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Ensure a consistently positive and professional customer experience.
