You will assist French-speaking customers by phone, email or chat, respond with accurate information, and help with account and product inquiries while delivering a friendly, professional experience. Initial training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Motivated entry-level candidates welcome.
