Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support users and business customers in a digital advertising environment, delivering accurate, helpful and customer-focused support in Spanish and English. On-site in Lisbon, the role requires fluency in Spanish and English, experience in paid campaigns and digital marketing, and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Salary is 900–950 EUR gross per month (14 payments), plus a €2,000 welcome bonus and a daily meal

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme within an advertising technology environment is an advantage/requirement.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
• Strong customer-service skills and availability for rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through the available support channels.
• Assist with questions and issues related to social media products and digital advertising services.
• Support users with paid campaign-related enquiries and provide clear guidance.
• Identify customer needs, investigate issues and provide effective solutions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and meet service expectations.
