JoB Training & Coaching in Madrid seeks an Account Executive to drive new business across French and English markets. You will own the full outbound sales cycle in a high-growth SaaS and e-commerce context, using MEDDIC/BANT to qualify opportunities and deliver tailored demos.

Hybrid role with Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00 and Fri 09:00–15:00, salary base with uncapped commissions, and clear path for career growth in a global SaaS business.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
• 1–3 years of proven outbound B2B sales in SaaS/digital commerce scale-ups.
• Structured consultative selling (MEDDIC/BANT/SPIN) experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and engage target accounts in French and UK/English-speaking e-commerce markets.
• Conduct discovery to understand client pain points and position product value.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Marketing to maximize pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy.
