Jobsonboard is seeking an Account Executive for a hybrid role based in Madrid, Spain. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on selling AI-powered SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.

Requirements include native Polish or high proficiency, professional English, and 6 months to 6 years in B2B sales. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and extensive training.

Qualificações

• Native Polish or bilingual proficiency (C2).
• Professional English (C1/C2).
• Minimum 6 months to 6 years in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Experience selling SaaS/AI/Enterprise solutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business via outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Lead online product demos and sales meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials to paid subscriptions.
• Transfer new clients to Customer Experience for success.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily and hit KPIs.
