Cross Border Talents is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative in Lisbon to drive new business with Portuguese and English fluency. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, present software solutions and push deals through the sales cycle.

The role focuses on B2B/B2C outreach, KPI-driven performance, and collaboration with the sales team. On-site in Lisbon, with training and a clear path to contract renewal.

Qualifications

• Native Portuguese proficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Interest in AI tools, cloud services and enterprise software.
• Ability to manage leads and conduct structured outbound sales activities.
• Previous B2B/B2C sales or software sales experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven mindset and willingness to work with sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Identify, qualify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Present software and technology solutions to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
