Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Portuguese proficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Interest in AI tools, cloud services and enterprise software.
• Ability to manage outbound sales activities and maintain a structured pipeline.
• Previous experience in B2B/B2C outbound sales, lead generation or software sales is an advantage.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and proactively engage potential business customers.
• Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Present software and technology solutions according to customer needs.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and activity records in CRM.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal sales support and account management teams.
