Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team onsite.

You’ll reach out to potential business clients, identify opportunities, present advertising solutions, handle objections, and build lasting relationships to drive revenue, with a performance bonus, meal allowance, and holiday allowance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in B2B sales or lead generation, strong English (C1/C2), and valid work status for Portugal.

• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
• At least 1 year in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound calling.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or residency permit).
