Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to join on-site. The role runs 40 hours per week, typically 09:00–18:00, with training and a 12-month contract.

You will conduct outbound calls, identify and qualify leads, present software and technology solutions, manage the sales pipeline in CRM, and strive to meet KPIs with collaboration across sales teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Interest in technology, AI and software solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Identify, qualify and generate new sales opportunities.
• Present software and technology solutions to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
