Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to join an on-site team. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify prospects and present software solutions.

You’ll manage leads in CRM, work toward monthly KPIs, and collaborate with the sales and account management teams. Training will be provided, with a 12-month horizon before permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Portuguese
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Interest in AI tools, cloud services and enterprise software
• Ability to manage leads and conduct structured outbound sales activities
• Previous B2B/B2C sales or software sales experience is a plus
• Target-driven mindset and sales KPI focus

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers.
