Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann is seeking a customer service professional to manage calls, chats and emails, assess needs and build trusted customer relationships. You will provide accurate information with the right tools, aiming for targets while maintaining records and following procedures.

The role requires fluency in Italian or French and English (B2), a high school diploma, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent in Italian or French and Fluent in English (B2 level), both orally and written.
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in customer services.
• Ability to identify, apply and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity.
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products.
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, chats and emails.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
