Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann in Lisbon is seeking a multilingual Customer Service Representative to manage calls, chats, and emails, and to identify and solve customer needs with clear, accurate information.

The role requires native/fluent Italian or French plus fluent English (B2), a high school diploma, and prior customer service experience. Hybrid work after probation, relocation support, and 25 days of annual leave are offered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of incoming calls, chats and emails,
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/Fluent in Italian or French & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and written
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in customer services experience
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
