Customer Support in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a dedicated representative to assist users via inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues on the company’s e-commerce platform and escalating when needed.

Requirements include German or Dutch at C1/C2, the ability to work independently and in a team, strong problem solving and communication skills, and an ambitious mindset. Relocation package and paid training are provided for internationals.

Responsabilidades

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators (e.g., check order and logistics status).
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the company according to procedures.
