Ersilia is seeking a Support Specialist for a remote role in Portugal, delivering customer and seller support for a major e-commerce platform via phone and email.

You will handle inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments, and returns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed, while keeping accurate records. The role includes paid training, health insurance, a meal allowance, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Experience in customer support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and customer management systems.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
• Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers, supporting their questions and needs
• Provide information about digital products and platform services
• Escalate and route more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes
