You will handle inbound and outbound contacts, provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and up-sell where appropriate. Fluency in Dutch and English (C1) and customer-focused mindset are essential.

• Log inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records.

• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
