Based in Porto, you’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, guide clients through products and troubleshooting steps, manage accounts and orders, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases, with ongoing training and career development.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
