You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guide clients through products, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases, while maintaining accurate CRM records and a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve issues promptly, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer
