• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn and grow in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Handle inquiries related to accounts, products, services, orders and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear information.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Record interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within targets.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response times.
