AVEC Human Resources Services in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an outbound Sales Representative to support a major social media platform for Portuguese and English markets. You will drive proactive outreach, identify opportunities, present software solutions, and manage the full sales cycle with bilingual prospects.

The role requires building and qualifying a pipeline, completing regular follow-ups, and tracking activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English and native/bilingual Portuguese.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage a sales pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact potential leads to introduce software solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Present product features and benefits according to client needs.
• Track outreach, lead status, and interactions in the CRM.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
