Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Sales Representative to drive outbound sales, acquire new advertising clients, support onboarding, and deepen engagement with our platform's advertising products. You will conduct outbound calls, guide prospects through sign-up and activation, and nurture relationships to ensure long-term platform adoption while managing a sales pipeline in CRM.

• 1–2 years in outbound sales or digital marketing.

We are recruiting an English-speaking Sales Representative based in Lisbon. You will be responsible for outbound sales — reaching new potential clients, supporting their onboarding, and driving their engagement with the platform's advertising products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and acquire new advertising clients
• Guide new clients through the sign-up process and ensure successful activation
• Build client engagement and long-term platform adoption
• Manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools
• Apply consultative selling techniques and handle objections effectively

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing
• Proven sales track record; comfortable with cold calling and target-driven environments
• Experience managing a sales pipeline via CRM
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and media mix planning
• Consultative selling, effective questioning, and high-value pitching skills
• Business acumen to identify and engage decision-makers
• Strategic thinking and ability to influence without authority
• Objection handling skills

Training
