AVEC in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative for the Portuguese & English market. You will drive proactive outreach, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage ongoing follow-ups to close software deals with Portuguese- and English-speaking prospects.

The role focuses on presenting AI-ready software solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving monthly targets while enjoying a competitive compensation structure including meal allowance and health benefits.

Formación

• Fluent English and native/bilingual Portuguese.
• Experience in outbound sales or software sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent management of a sales pipeline.
• Familiar with AI tools, cloud services, and software solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively contact potential leads to introduce software solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Present product features and benefits according to client needs.
• Track outreach, lead status, and interactions in the CRM.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
