Workster is partnering with an international company to recruit Portuguese-speaking Outbound Sales Advisors for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will contact potential and existing customers, understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services. • Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Good command of English
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using computers and able to learn new digital tools quickly

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing Portuguese-speaking customers
• Introduce products or services and explain their features and benefits clearly
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant solutions
• Build rapport with customers and handle questions or objections professionally
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and performance indicators
• Follow up with customers and prospective leads as required
• Record call outcomes, customer details and sales activity accurately in internal systems
• Follow company procedures, sales guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team performance
