Randstad Portugal is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Portugal-based teams. The role involves assisting Spanish-speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media, with a focus on timely resolution and accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate has native or near-native Spanish, solid English, excellent communication, and a proactive, helpful attitude.

Formación

• Native or C2 Spanish speaker with solid business English proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new software tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Timely resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and clarify product and service details.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering tailored, empathetic, and efficient assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the internal CRM database.
