Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and maintain data accuracy.
• Fluent in German with strong English comprehension and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce preferable).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer orders accurately.
• Communicate order and fulfillment issues to field Sales and Customers.
• Ensure data integrity during the order entry process.
• Manage orders from entry through delivery, resolving billing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate customer information.
• Provide daily phone support and maintain active voice communications.
• Support regional and global teams to optimize processes and improve systems.
