Job summary

Enovis seeks a Customer Service Representative for DACH to support European operations from Lisbon, Portugal. You will manage customer orders, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Pricing and Master Data to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.

You must be fluent in German (C2) and English, have 2+ years in customer service, and be legally eligible to work in the EU. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives.
• Must be legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally.
• Full fluency in German (native or C2) plus solid English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Communicate order issues to field Sales and Customers.
• Maintain data integrity during order entry.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales Ops, Pricing & Master Data, AR.
• Provide daily phone support and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvements.
• Assist teammates and support onboarding and system housekeeping.
