Enovis Corporation in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for Export Sales Operations. You will support international order management, coordinate shipments, and act as the main contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with at least 3 years in customer service and exposure to export documentation. You will work across POR/US time zones, using Oracle and Salesforce to streamline processes and improve

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in export or international trade environments.
• Fully bi-lingual English and Spanish (C2 min).
• Available for fixed hourly shifts to support POR/US time zones (11-20 WEST/05-14 CDT).

Responsabilidades

• Handle order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centers and freight forwarders for shipments.
• Resolve complex order and delivery issues with internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and backlogs; update stakeholders on delivery status.
• Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization with cross-functional teams.
• Generate reports on open orders and revenue; process returns and warranties.
