Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for International Export based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will manage international orders, coordinate shipments, and support sales inquiries across English and Spanish speaking customers.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely deliveries while providing operational guidance to the Export Sales Ops team. Flexibility for shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a customer service role.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements.
• Eligible to work in the EU and able to travel internationally.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (C2 min).
• Available for fixed hourly shifts across POR/US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support international order management and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipments with Distribution Centers and freight forwarders.
• Resolve inquiries from customers and sales teams.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide technical guidance to Export Sales Ops team.
