Catawiki is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon for a 7‑month interim contract. You will handle queries across chat, email, phone and social channels, mediate disputes between buyers and sellers, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance the customer experience.

You should have 1–4 years in CS or content moderation, fluency in Hindi and English, and be available to work 40 hours weekly with a hybrid Lisbon-based schedule.

Qualificações

• 1–4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, phone and social channels to provide timely, accurate support.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to reach fair resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other teams to improve the overall Customer Experience.
• Ensure feedback from interactions is fed back to improve services.
