Catawiki is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Lisbon on a fixed-term 7-month contract starting September 2026. You will engage with buyers and sellers, resolve queries across chat, email, phone, and social channels, and mediate disputes to close cases efficiently.

The role requires Japanese and English proficiency and a willingness to work 40 hours weekly. The position offers on-site work in Lisbon with health insurance, a home-office allowance, and commuting support.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Japanese and English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer queries via chat, email, phone and social media in a timely manner.
• Mediate disputes between sellers and buyers to find mutually workable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other departments to improve customer experience and feedback.
