Catawiki is hiring a Customer Service Representative (German and English) for an interim 7-month contract in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries, mediate disputes, and ensure timely resolutions across multiple channels, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong German and English communication, 1–4 years of customer service or moderation experience, and willingness to work 40 hours weekly in the Lisbon office with possible weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in German and English; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and delight customers across channels (chat, email, phone, social) to resolve queries.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Experts and other departments to improve customer experience.
