Catawiki is hiring a CS International Representative in Lisbon for a 7-month fixed-term contract starting November 2026. You will handle queries across chat, email, phone and social media, resolving disputes between buyers and sellers with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires 1–4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation, fluency in Dutch and English, and willingness to work from the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week, including some weekends/holidays.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Dutch and English speaking/writing skills; strong communication.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.
• Flexible with working at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays.
• This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
