Catawiki is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English for an interim fixed-term contract in Lisbon, Portugal. You will engage with buyers and sellers, resolve disputes across chat, email, phone and social media, and help maintain a high standard of customer experience.

You should have 1–4 years in customer service or content moderation, strong written and spoken German and English, and the ability to switch between channels.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in German and English; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Preferably, previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and delight customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints across chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate between customers to find solutions that work for both in case of disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other departments to improve overall Customer Experience.
