Catawiki is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle Dutch and English inquiries on a 7-month interim contract, based in Lisbon with hybrid work. You will be the point of contact for buyers and sellers, delivering exceptional service and solutions.

The role requires 1–4 years in customer service or content moderation, strong Dutch/English skills, and the ability to work across channels. Expect a 40-hour week with in-office presence in Lisbon at least two days per week.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality Dutch and English customer support across multiple channels.
• Diagnose issues and perform effective problem-solving for customers.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
