The role requires 1–4 years in customer service or moderation, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with some weekend coverage as needed.

Qualificações

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
