Catawiki is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Romanian and English for a 7‑month interim contract in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring work across chat, email, phone, and social media to resolve inquiries and disputes.

You will mediate between buyers and sellers, support a diverse customer base, and collaborate with Sales and Experts. The position includes hybrid work considerations and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• 1–4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.

Responsabilidades

• This role engages with Sellers and Buyers to resolve queries and disputes via chat, email, phone, and social media.
• You will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to find workable solutions.
• You will collaborate with Sales and Experts to improve the overall Customer Experience.
• You will ensure customers return to the platform by delivering timely, correct responses.
