Responsibilities

• Manage orders and contracts with internal departments and external clients;
• Coordinate planning, production, and logistics;
• Manage exports and commercial documentation;
• Update operational data and reporting;
• Provide support to clients and the sales team.

Requirements

Our client is a great match if you:

• Have excellent communication, teamwork, time and priority management skills;
• Have attention to detail, results and focused on problem‑solving;
• Have 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Have experience using ERP systems.

Languages

• Fluent spoken and written German;
• Fluent spoken and written Portuguese;
• Advanced spoken and written English.
