SKINLIFE in Lisbon is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver personalised service, identify customer needs, and promote premium cosmetics in line with our brand standards.

You will drive sales KPIs, build loyalty, maintain product knowledge, and support store operations from visual presentation to inventory. Join a growing team focused on exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Client Advisor or Beauty Advisor.
• Sales-driven profile with a strong focus on KPIs and operational excellence.
• Passion for the retail and customer service sectors.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide personalised service, identifying customer needs and offering expert product advice.
• Create a premium shopping experience in line with brand standards.
• Build customer loyalty through proactive follow-up and long-term relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Achieve individual and store targets (sales, UPT, average transaction value, conversion rate).
• Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products, brands and collections.
• Overall Store Management: Ensure excellent visual presentation of products per Visual Merchandising guidelines; replenish stock and keep it organized.
• Carry out stock counts, inventory control and goods receiving when required.
