Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking Dutch-speaking Beauty Advisers to join an international customer support team. You will assist customers with live chat, phone, email, and social media, delivering personalized beauty advice and handling orders, returns, and refunds.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in Dutch and English (B2+), show empathy, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities

Working conditions

• Location: Porto, Portugal.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00.
• Employment contract under Portuguese law.
